Day #1 – Welcome Breakfast (included) at the Historical Genetti Hotel Williamsport, PA. The Finger Lakes Wine Festival offers the largest showcase of New York State wines with over 90 participating wineries and sample award-winning wines from the Finger Lakes Region and New York state. Voted America’s “Best Wine Festival” by readers of USA Today. Day#2 – After breakfast, we depart our hotel for the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon’s East rim at Leonard Harrison State Park. We will have an hour for you to take a brief walk and look below at the Pennsylvania Rail to Trail.

We have a short drive to the Ole Covered Wagon along route 6 enjoying A 2-hour Covered Wagon ride at the base of the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon http://www.olecoveredwagon.com. Finishing our Cowboy experience with A Savory Cowboy home-cooked lunch before departing for Downtown Wellsboro.
 
Returning to Wellsboro you will have time to explore family-owned and operated stores that line Main Street (not all stores are open on Sunday), take in the town's iconic gas lights, which are lit 24 hours a day with the Historic homes and a beautiful town green add to the unique feel of this quintessential small town https://www.wellsboropa.com.
 
A visit to Wellsboro isn’t complete without experiencing Rookie Cooks Academy. Savor the flavor of these decadent
charcuterie boards made up of meats, cheeses, spreads, olives and pickles, bread, crackers, fruits, bruschetta with homemade salsa, dessert items, and more.  We will start with accessing the boards to create a light dinner plate for yourself.  While you are eating, Chef Jamie will demonstrate some of the different spreads or desserts on the board.
