STRESS. We can’t avoid it - especially in our modern society. It’s one of the top health concerns of the 21st century with a high percentage of primary care doctor’s visits being due, in part, to chronic stress. Furthermore, prolonged or chronic stress not only harms us physically, but emotionally and mentally as well. This in turn affects how we show up for our love and life relationships; including clients, colleagues, employees and most importantly ourselves. We suffer from the inside-out.
